Sawguidstate Error


Dear All Today will discuss about the most famous error in the OBIEE. i.e. is Sawguidstate Error.

Error Type : Sawguidstate Error in 11g.

Invalid item \\?\
C:\OCB\instances\instance1\bifoundation\OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent\coreapplication_obips1\catalog\SampleAppLite\root\system\mktgcache\rakesh-pc\sawguidstate.atr.

Error Description  :  Due to Sawguidstate file is corrupted..

Solution: For this you have to change the folder name that is CATALOG. Change it into Catlog2.

C:\OCB\instances\instance1\bifoundation\OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent\coreapplication_obips1\catalog2\

Restart the BI Server.
